1. Services
Click Worthy LLC provides Amazon listing optimization services including listing image design, A+ content creation, and listing copywriting. Services are delivered as described on our website and in the package you select at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client whose products violate Amazon's Terms of Service, applicable laws, or our own ethical standards.
2. Payment Terms
All prices are displayed in USD. Payment is required as follows:
- Starter ($897) and Growth ($1,897): Full payment due upfront before work begins
- Brand ($2,997): 50% upfront ($1,498.50), 50% upon delivery of final assets ($1,498.50)
Payments are processed securely. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy below.
3. Delivery
Delivery timelines begin after we receive all required brand assets from you and complete the initial audit call:
- Starter: 10 business days
- Growth: 14 business days
- Brand: 12 business days (priority queue)
Delays caused by the client failing to provide required assets or feedback in a timely manner will extend the delivery timeline accordingly. We are not liable for delays resulting from Amazon system issues or marketplace changes.
4. Revisions
Each package includes the following revision rounds:
- Starter: 1 revision round
- Growth: 2 revision rounds
- Brand: Revisions until satisfaction within reasonable scope
A revision round is defined as one set of consolidated feedback per deliverable. Additional revision rounds beyond those included may be purchased at $150 per round.
5. Refund Policy
💰 Our Refund Policy — Simple and Fair
Before work begins: Full refund available if you cancel within 24 hours of payment and before we have sent the project onboarding form.
After work begins: Once the project brief is confirmed and creative work has commenced, refunds are not available. This is because our team's time and expertise have been committed to your project.
If we fail to deliver: If Click Worthy fails to deliver the agreed deliverables within the agreed scope after all revision rounds are exhausted, we will issue a partial or full refund at our discretion, or offer additional services at no charge to make it right.
No refunds for:
- Change of mind after work has begun
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective preference after all revision rounds are used
- Poor Amazon performance results (we optimize for CTR potential, not guaranteed sales outcomes)
- Delays caused by client failure to provide assets or feedback
To request a refund or raise a concern, contact us at support@clickworthy.agency within 7 days of final delivery.
6. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, all deliverables created for your project (images, copy, A+ content) become your property. You are free to use them on Amazon and any other platforms.
Click Worthy retains the right to display work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Click Worthy's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost sales, or Amazon account issues arising from the use of our deliverables.
We do not guarantee specific sales results, rankings, or conversion rates. Our services optimize for best-practice creative standards; marketplace performance depends on many factors outside our control.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with Wyoming law.
